Ronnie Baccaro is the owner-operator and the point of contact for any question about this policy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

1. Information we collect

You give us directly when you fill out a contact form on baccaro-roofing.com, submit a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, call (956) 600-0501, text or WhatsApp the same number, or schedule a free inspection. Typical fields: name, email address, phone number, property address, a short description of the roofing issue, and answers to questions about timing, insurance, or financing.

Collected automatically when you visit baccaro-roofing.com: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location (city/region only, from IP). We use this to understand which content is helpful and to improve the site.

From our advertising partners (Meta / Facebook, Google) we may receive information about how you interacted with a Baccaro ad before clicking — e.g. that you saw a hurricane-season post in your feed and then submitted a lead form. We use this to measure ad effectiveness and to stop showing you ads after you already became a customer.

2. How we use your information

• Schedule and perform the free inspection you requested
• Send you a written quote with line-item pricing
• Coordinate the project, including communicating with your insurance carrier or adjuster if you have a claim
• Follow up on quotes you have not yet acted on (typically by SMS or phone, no more than once per week — opt out anytime)
• Send service reminders for tune-ups or seasonal inspections
• Process payments and apply for third-party financing on your behalf, only if you ask us to
• Improve our website, ads, and customer experience based on aggregate, non-personally-identifiable data

3. SMS, calls, and WhatsApp — your consent

When you submit a phone number through a Baccaro contact form, a Meta lead form, or any other channel, you are consenting to receive call, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from Baccaro Roofing at that number. Standard message and data rates apply. Message frequency varies but is typically less than once per week unless you have an active project. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS, and we will remove your number from outbound SMS within 24 hours. You can still call us — opting out of SMS does not opt you out of being a customer.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — e.g. our scheduling software, email/SMS dispatch tools, payment processors, and the financing partners listed on our financing page (only if you apply for a plan).
• Your insurance carrier or adjuster, but only with your explicit permission and only to advance a claim you have asked us to help with. We do not assign your benefits (AOB) — you remain in control of your claim and your insurance check at all times.
• Analytics and advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and similar tools see pseudonymous behavioral data from baccaro-roofing.com so we can measure which pages convert and stop showing you ads after you become a customer. See section 6 below for opt-out.
• Law enforcement or courts only when legally required (subpoena, court order, or to protect against fraud).

What we never do: we never sell your phone, email, or address to lead-resellers, marketing data brokers, or other roofing companies. Your information stays with Baccaro Roofing and the specific service providers listed above.

5. Cookies and tracking

6. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of ad personalization: Use Meta's ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences and Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also install the Meta Pixel Helper or use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
• Access or delete your data: Email or call us and ask. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a Texas resident, you have specific rights under Texas privacy law to see what we have on file and request deletion (with some narrow exceptions for active project records and warranty documentation).
• Correct inaccurate information: Same — email or call and we will update it.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Typical timelines:

• Active customers: for the duration of the project and for the workmanship warranty term (typically 5 years from project completion).
• Inactive leads (you asked for a quote, did not hire us): up to 24 months, after which we delete or de-identify.
• Insurance-claim records: retained for 7 years per Texas record-keeping norms for documentation that may be needed for warranty or supplement work.
• Analytics data: 26 months in Google Analytics, then automatically aggregated.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Our website is served over HTTPS. Customer data is stored in access-controlled systems. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed through third-party providers that meet PCI-DSS standards. No system is 100% secure; if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we will notify you per Texas breach-notification law.

9. Children

Baccaro Roofing provides services to homeowners, property managers, and adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post the most current version at this URL. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. For meaningful changes (e.g. new categories of data, new third-party sharing), we will provide notice via email or a banner on the site for at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
